Order Processing Time
Upon successful placement of your order and confirmation of payment authorization, we typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–3 business days. "Business days" generally refer to Monday through Friday excluding recognized holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. If significant delays occur due to inventory availability, operational interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you using the contact information associated with your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship our consumer products and subscription refill orders internationally to many countries worldwide, including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other eligible jurisdictions. Certain destinations may be restricted due to legal, regulatory, customs, carrier, or operational limitations. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout or shortly after order placement and issue a refund where payment has already been processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered through our Website may legally be imported into their jurisdiction. While our products are intended for ordinary consumer use, we are not responsible for products refused, delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import restrictions, regulatory issues, or customer non-compliance with local laws. We will nevertheless attempt to provide commercially reasonable assistance in resolving shipping-related issues where possible.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We may offer multiple shipping methods and carrier options during checkout, which may include:
- Standard Shipping: Standard international shipping may be fulfilled through postal services, consolidated logistics networks, or commercial shipping partners. Delivery estimates generally range between approximately 5–14 business days for major destinations, although delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local carrier performance, weather events, or regional disruptions. Tracking availability may vary depending on destination and carrier integration.
- Expedited or Express Shipping: Where available, expedited shipping services may be offered through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or equivalent logistics providers. These services generally provide faster delivery estimates and more detailed end-to-end tracking, but may involve higher shipping charges.
Any delivery timeframes displayed during checkout are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, transportation interruptions, severe weather, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or governmental actions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package size, product weight, shipping method selected, and applicable carrier rates. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is finalized. We may occasionally offer shipping promotions, discounted delivery options, or free shipping campaigns subject to eligibility conditions described during checkout.
Shipping charges do not generally include customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, or local taxes unless expressly stated. Customers are responsible for such charges where imposed by destination authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will generally send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking details may include:
- carrier or shipping service name;
- tracking number or shipment reference; and
- instructions or links for tracking shipment progress.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation. If you do not receive shipment confirmation within the expected processing period, please review spam or junk mail folders or contact customer support for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, excise taxes, or other governmental charges imposed by destination countries. These charges are not generally included within product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated during checkout. Customers are responsible for payment of any such import-related charges assessed by customs authorities or carriers.
Important information regarding customs processing includes:
- We will accurately describe products and declare shipment values in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We cannot falsify customs declarations, misrepresent package contents, or understate values to avoid customs obligations.
- Customs authorities or carriers may contact recipients regarding payment of duties, taxes, or required documentation before delivery. Delays in responding to customs requests may result in delivery delays, storage fees, or return of the shipment.
- If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or failure to cooperate with import procedures, we may treat the shipment as a refused or returned order. Refunds in such situations may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs penalties, carrier fees, or other charges incurred by us as permitted under applicable law.
EU and UK VAT: We may not currently collect EU or UK VAT directly at checkout in all jurisdictions or for all order values. Customers located in the EU or UK may therefore be required to pay import VAT or related charges upon delivery depending on applicable import thresholds and legal requirements. We continue to evaluate international tax compliance systems and may update our practices in the future to improve customer experience and regulatory compliance.
U.S. Sales Tax: Sales tax collection obligations may vary by jurisdiction. Where legally required, applicable sales tax may be collected during checkout. In other situations, customers may remain responsible for any applicable use tax obligations under local law.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
Certain shipments, particularly expedited or higher-value deliveries, may require a signature upon delivery depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier policies. If delivery is attempted when no authorized recipient is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery, hold the shipment at a local facility, or provide instructions for pickup. It is your responsibility to monitor shipment tracking information and coordinate with the carrier regarding redelivery or collection where necessary.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incomplete or inaccurate, because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, or because the shipment remained unclaimed, we may treat the order as undeliverable or returned. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and recipient contact information.
If a shipment is returned due to customer error or failure to retrieve the package, we may offer reshipment upon request; however, additional shipping costs may apply. Alternatively, the order may be treated as a return and refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, less any applicable shipping costs, carrier return charges, customs fees, or other lawful deductions incurred by us.
Delivery Delays
While we make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver orders within estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, labor shortages, public health emergencies, transportation interruptions, geopolitical events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your shipment is materially delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment status and attempt to resolve the issue.
If your order is not delivered within thirty (30) days of shipment or within another expressly agreed timeframe, consumers may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws to cancel the order and receive a refund. Consistent with applicable EU and UK consumer protection requirements, customers may be entitled to cancel for non-delivery where fulfillment is not completed within the legally required timeframe. We voluntarily extend commercially reasonable assistance and remedies to customers globally where shipments are confirmed lost or materially delayed.
In practice, we may treat a package as potentially lost where there has been no meaningful tracking movement or successful delivery within a commercially reasonable period depending on the shipping method used. Where a shipment is determined to be lost in transit, we may offer replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund as appropriate after investigation with the carrier.
Risk of Loss and Damage
All shipments are packaged and handled with commercially reasonable care. Risk of loss or damage remains with Lumiqour LLC until the products are physically delivered to you or a person designated by you at the delivery address provided during checkout. This allocation of risk is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom.
If tracking information indicates delivery but you believe the package was not received, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or designated recipients and contact the carrier regarding delivery details. You should then notify us promptly so we may assist in investigating the issue. In some circumstances, we may request supporting information or a signed non-receipt declaration to assist with carrier or insurance claims.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with the order placed, please: retain the packaging materials where reasonably possible; take photographs documenting the package condition and affected products; notify us within a commercially reasonable timeframe after delivery; and cooperate reasonably with any carrier or shipping investigation where necessary.
Where damage, loss, or fulfillment error is confirmed, we will work in good faith to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, reshipment, refund, or partial refund at no additional cost to you.
Once you or your designated recipient accepts and takes physical possession of the shipment, responsibility for subsequent loss, misuse, theft, or damage transfers to you except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Package Protection and Insurance
For certain orders, shipments may include carrier insurance, shipment protection, or equivalent transit coverage. Where applicable, such protection is intended to cover loss or damage occurring during shipment transit. Customers generally are not required to purchase separate shipping insurance for ordinary consumer orders unless optional enhanced protection is offered at checkout.
If a carrier claim becomes necessary, we may request reasonable cooperation from the customer, including photographs, written confirmation, or supporting documentation necessary to process the claim. Our objective is to ensure that customers either receive the products ordered in acceptable condition or receive an appropriate remedy where transit-related issues occur.
Special Circumstances
- Pre-Orders and Backorders: If products are sold on a pre-order or backorder basis, estimated shipping dates will generally be disclosed on the product page or during checkout. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding delays or changes in expected availability. Customers may generally cancel unshipped pre-orders for a full refund prior to dispatch.
- Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship separately due to inventory availability, warehouse logistics, or carrier limitations. Customers will not generally be charged additional shipping fees solely because products are shipped separately by us.
- Address Changes: If you need to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Address changes may be possible prior to shipment processing. Once a package has shipped, address modifications may not be possible or may result in additional carrier charges. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by customers.
- Signature Requirements: Certain shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery depending on product value, carrier policy, or destination. Requests to waive signature requirements may shift certain delivery risks to the customer where permitted by law and carrier policies.
- Extraordinary Events: In the event of significant disruptions affecting international shipping operations — including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, geopolitical instability, or major transportation interruptions — we will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate delays and provide available remedies where fulfillment becomes impossible or commercially impracticable.
