Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us promptly at support@lumiqour.com with your order details. If the order has not yet been dispatched or entered irreversible fulfillment processing, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, including applicable shipping charges, using the original payment method.
  • Orders Already Shipped: If the order has already shipped or entered carrier transit, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such circumstances, customers may still exercise applicable return or withdrawal rights after delivery pursuant to this Policy.

90-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

We offer a 90-day commercial return period for eligible products. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase or who change their mind may return eligible products within ninety (90) days from the date of delivery for refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with this Policy. This commercial return period is offered in addition to — and not in place of — any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights available under applicable law.

Conditions for 90-Day Returns:

  • Products should be returned in substantially original condition with included accessories, components, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Customers may inspect and handle products only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, similar to what would be permitted in a physical retail environment.

We will provide return instructions, including the authorized return address and any required return authorization information. Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method where possible. Provide tracking information where available. Once received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund, exchange, or replacement.

EU/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you are entitled by law to a 14-day "cooling-off" period during which you may cancel your purchase for any reason (or no reason) and obtain a full refund. Our 90-day commercial return policy extends this right, but we expressly guarantee that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is provided with no penalties, cancellation fees, or unlawful restrictions.
